I am still learning what to use the crock pot for. My friend Courtney told me about this awesome meat that she makes in the crock pot, so I thought I would give it a try. I had to keep asking her about the ingredients because it seemed too easy!
1 chuck roast
1 jar of pepperoncini peppers, stems cut off
Put peppers and juice from jar over the meat in a crock pot. Cook on low all day. We ate this on sandwiches because I like meat like this with bread. We had enough to freeze some and for leftovers. The meat just fell apart. SO EASY!
