This is a recipe from my dear friend Elizabeth. They were such a yummy side break for Thanksgiving because they were so small. We'll be making this again and again.
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2 pint sour cream
2 cups self rising flour
Mix ingredients and spoon into ungreased mini muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
