Sausage and Potato Casserole
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp flour
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 lb pork sausage
6 cups peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
Place milk, flour, bouillon, pepper, onion, and celery in blender and blend until combined. Cook sausage and drain. Add blended mixture to sausage. Cook until thickened. Stir in potatoes. Place mixture in a casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 375 for and hour and a half.
