
I had made gyoza and had some leftover wrappers that I wanted to use up, so I made ravioli with it. This tasted really good, but they didn't hold up well in the boiling water. They are just so thin. I filled them with a blend of ricotta and Italian seasoning. I sealed two together (though I think folding in half would have worked better and perhaps held up better. Then I topped it with sauce. Simple and a good way to not let an ingredient from something else go to waste.
