Beer Bread

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup bread flour
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp honey
1 bottle beer
4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease a loaf pan, set aside.  In a large bowl, whisk together both kinds of flour, the sugar, baking powder and salt.  Add in the honey and beer and mix until just combined.  Spread the butter evenly in the prepared pan  Evenly pour the melted butter over the top of the batter.

Transfer the pan to the oven and place a boing sheet on the lower rack to catch any butter that may drip from the pan.  Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a clean toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown.
