THANKSGIVING!!



My parents came to Columbia for Thanksgiving this year, so my sister and I planned the menu and cooked. The Long/Autterson menu consisted of the following:
fried turkey
cauliflower gratin
stuffing with caramelized onions and apples
roasted brussell sprouts
sour cream mini muffins
and for dessert, vermont spice cake with maple cream cheese frosting

YUM!! The cake and the cauliflower gratin were the biggest hits by far! Every was good though!
