Cheese Fondue



This seemed to be a good snowed in meal. We had this as our meal with a side salad.

1 beer
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
2 tsp dry mustard
tiny bit of garlic
3 Tbsp flour
6 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Over low heat, combine all but cheese in an electric fondue pot. Gradually whisk in cheese.

Dippers:
cauliflower
broccoli
crusty baguette
green apple
carrot
