Oreo Bon Bons

These are great for a party! They are so rich and delicious. My sister actually made the ones here for a Christmas party, but I gave her the recipe, so I am blogging about it. :)

1 package Oreos (not the double-stuffed)
1 package cream cheese, cut into squares and softened
1 box Baker's chocolate (semi-sweet) and/or 1 box white chocolate

Crush the oreos in blender...put 4-5 in at a time, crush, and then dump in a bowl and repeat. Take the cream cheese and it it to the cookie mixture. Mix with hands until combined. Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Put in freezer while melting chocolate. Melt chocolate squares in saucepan, being careful not to burn. Dip balls in chocolate using a toothpick to hold them. Place back on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Place in fridge for the chocolate to harden.

You can have fun decorating these too, by dripping the alternate color chocolate on them.
