Peanut butter: YUM! Marshmellow: YUM! Chocolate: YUM! What's not to love?!
2 sticks softened butter1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix
10 oz bag peanut butter chips
1 1/2 cups mini marshmellows
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat liner. In a stand mixer, beat butter and sugars until light adn fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined. Place flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl, mixing to combine. Slowly add to wet ingredients along with chocolate pudding mix, peanut butter chips and marshmellows. Mis until just combined. With a medium cookie scoop, place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes on baking sheet before transferring to wire rack.
Makes 3 dozen. These were great!!!
