Mexican pie

I normally don't buy things like this, but I had a coupon that made the Philadelphia cooking creme free. I bought it and then looked up this recipe from their website. We liked it alot, an easy weeknight dinner, but it made a ton. It could have fed 8 people, 6 hungry people.

3 cups shredded, cooked chicken breasts
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes (no salt added), drained
2 green onions, sliced
1 tub Philadelphia Sante Fe cooking creme
3 flour tortillas
3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add 3/4 cup cooking creme; mix lightly. Spoon 1/3 chicken mixture into 9 inch pie plate. Top with 1 tortilla, half the remaining chicken mixture and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Cover with second tortilla, remaining chicken mixture, 1/4 cup cheese and then remaining tortilla. Top with remaining cooking creme and cheese. Cover. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until heated through. Uncover, bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
