Happy 4th of July!

Back in America and in need of a good ole American meal. For lunch today we grilled hotdogs, had cold watermelon and a chilled pasta salad. The pasta is a good summer time thing to keep in the fridge and have with several meals.

1 box Rainbow salad twirls
1 tomato, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1/4 small onion, diced
1/4 cup shredded cheese
a little bit of bacon bits

Boil pasta. Combine all ingredients. Pour Italian salad dressing over pasta and stir to coat. Chill.
