Chicken Salad

Boil your chicken breast in water with salt, black pepper and a small onion. When chicken breast is done, crumble with your fingers into small pieces. Add Grapes – cut in fourths, pecan bits, onion (about 1/8 cup finely chopped). Season with cerely salt, salt and pepper to taste. Add mayo, just a little bit, but keep adding until it sticks together. I started with 2 Tbsp and then added about another 1or 2.
