Guest Blogger...

Alisa has been cooking up a storm...So here are some guest blog posts by her.  And I've added her to a label so that her recipes are tagged.

This zucchini was really easy to make. Remove ends and then slice in half. Then slice lengthwise (about 4 cuts). Line a pan with foil and coat with cooking spray. Spritz the zucchini with cooking spray and sprinkle with parmesan cheese (recipe called for shredded but I just used the grated kind). I also sprinkled a little garlic salt on them. Broil in the oven a few mins.


I will definitely be making this, and probably frequently! Easy and we love zucchini, especially in the summer!
