This is a really easy weeknight recipe. You can use any frozen ravioli. I like the refrigerated ravioli that you buy near the dairy case at the grocery store. The sauce is creamy and good and oh so easy!
1 package frozen butternut squash ravioli
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup white wine
salt and pepper
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
In a medium pot boil enough water for Ravioli and follow cooking instructions. While it boils saute onion and garlic in a large saute pan with olive oil. Cook for about 2 minutes or until onion is translucent. Add white wine and cook for 1minutes and scrape all bits off the bottom of the pan. Add heavy cream and simmer while it thickens. Cook for 1 -2 minutes and then add cheese. Stir it sauce and pour a few big spoonfuls over ravioli.
