My friend, Emily, made these for our end-of-year Youth Group party. They were amazing! I immediately went to her pinterest page to find the recipe. My picture is awful, but I didn't remember to snap one until I was at work, eating my last one. YUM!
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (16.5-ounce) rolls refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough
Beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Set aside. Slice cookie dough rolls into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange slices from one roll on bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Press together so there are no holes in the dough. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over dough. Top with remaining slices of cookie dough. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees, until center is slightly firm. Remove from oven and let cool. Refrigerate. Cut into slices once well-chilled.
Best served straight from the fridge!
Um, YUM!
