Creole Grouper and Onion Potatoes

On Monday night, I had planned to grill grouper fillets, but the weather was awful here, so they got baked instead. These are nothing special, just a little olive oil and sprinkled with creole seasoning. The onion potatoes are one of those EASY things that my momma used to make and I always loved. You just cut up the potato (I just use one for both of us and there was still leftover). Take a little bit of vegetable oil and combine it with half an envelope (maybe not even half) of dry onion soup mix (I like Lipton). Pour over potatoes and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Yum and EASY!
