Our friend Ryan Petty introduced us to this oddball fushion of Japanese and Mexican cuisine. He discovered it while living in Japan and we like it now and then to change up our typical tacos.
Start with rice on the bottom (we are white rice eaters)
Egg comes next (sunnyside up or scrambled)-I skip the egg but Michael says it's a crucial component
Ground beef with taco seasoning
a few crushed up tostitos
cheese
lettue
onions
tomatoes
salsa
and spicy ranch to top it off
