Make Your Own Take Out

Stir Fried Chicken with Green Beans in Spicy Orange Sauce
1/2 cuo orange juice
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 Tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp Asian chile sauce
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp grated orange zest
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb green beans
1/2 cup water
3 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp grated ginger
*I also added a broccoli crown

Whisk first 8 ingredients together. Slice chicken into 1/2 inch wide strips. Heat oil in 12 inch nonstick skillet over high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl. Add the beans (and broccoli) to the skillet with the water. Cover. Return to medium heat and cook until bright green (about 2 minutes). Uncover and continue to cook until the liquid evaporates and the beans are mostly tender (about 3 minutes). Stir in garlic and ginger. Add the orange juice mixture with the chicken to the skillet. Toss until all ingredients are well coated in sauce.

Serve over rice. This made 4 servings, so we had leftovers!
