I love colorful food!


This was not really a blog worthy meal, but it was so pretty and colorful that I wanted to take a picture! We had taco salads which for us means, crushed chips on the bottom, ground beef with taco seasoning, ice berg lettuce, cheese, onions, salsa (I used the rest of the pickled okra salsa I made the other day) and jalapeƱos. Easy weeknight dinner, and great to use up some leftovers in the fridge.
