1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
Combine paprika and chili powder and then coat shrimp in it. Heat oil in nonstick pan. Add garlic and saute. Add shrimp and cook completely. Heat 4 taco shells in oven just until warm. Break 2 over each plate and top with shredded lettuce, chopped onion, chopped tomato, shredded pepper jack cheese, shrimp, and jalapenos. (Michael also puts salsa on top). Enjoy with a little sour cream. Yum!
