chicken salad


I make the chicken salad recipe that my mother-in-law makes. I like it because it's very fine, and more of a spread, great for crackers. I had an extra chicken breast from another recipe, so I boiled it for this.

boiled chicken
celery salt
1-2 pieces of celery (depending on how much chicken you use)
sweet salad cubed pickles
mayo

Put chicken in a food processor and chop. Do the same with the celery. Combine those and pickles on a plate and add just enough mayo to make it combine together. Sprinkle celery salt and stir it in.

No measuring, just eyeball it.
