New potatoes in white sauce

So simple, but oh so good! Boil the new potatoes until tender; I use the petite red ones. In a small saucepan, melt 3 Tbsp butter. Whisk in 3 Tbsp flour and then slowy whisk in 1 cup milk. Add salt. Cut potatoes in fourths and pour white sauce over. Serve immediately.
Michael loves having baby sweet peas with this for the other side so that you can eat the peas with the extra white sauce on your plate.
