This probably isn't blog worthy, but for the Super Bowl, Michael wanted a bratwurst. We buy Johnsonville Original ones and cook them for about 20 minutes (until
they are white) in beer and onions on the stove. Then, transfer to the grill to sear the outside. I even bought him Sauerkraut to top it off.
