Warm Black Bean Dip


This is great to eat as a side with Mexican or burgers. We had it alongside fish tacos on Thursday night and then for leftovers as an appetizer on Friday night. Easy, cheap, good.
Drain can of black beans (I buy the low sodium ones). Place shredded cheese on top, dollup of sour cream (fat free) and bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes (just until heated through). Sprinkle with green onions and serve as side or as dip with tortilla chips.
