Grilled Mahi Mahi Steaks

Dinner tonight was grilled mahi mahi steaks with rice and broccoli. This marinade is simple to make with staples in the cabinet.
3 Tbsp soy sauce
juice of 1/2 lime
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
pinch of red pepper flakes
6 think slices peeled fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, crushed

Combine marinade ingredients in bowl. Pour over fish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (but not more than 6). Turn once or twice. Grill on preheated grill, basting while cooking. Turn once. Cook about 5 minutes on each side (our steaks were really thick, so it was more like 8 or 9 minutes on each side).
