This is my all time favorite sandwich. Obviously, I don't make it much due to its truly indulgent nature. But, on occasion, I do make myself a bacon and brie sandwich. I used the homemade bread that I made, but it's really best on sourdough. Toast the brie on the bread lightly and add the bacon. Such a treat!
