Sweet sweet potatoes

Michael loved these!!

2 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick
1/8 cup packed brown sugar
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup butter
1/4 tsp ground ginger
In a large saucepan ass enough water to cover potatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain. Transfer to a greased 1 qt baking dish. In a small saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Boil gently for 3 minutes. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.
