This made such a great pizza dough! I made the 2 pound dough recipe because that's what I usually do for bread. We like a thin crust and this was SUPER thick. It was really good, but really filling. I think next time, I will split it in half and roll it out thinner and make two. But the flavor cannot be beat from store bought dough.
3/4 tsp salt
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 and 3/8 cups water
3 Tbsp olive oil
Let all ingredients come to room temperature. Dump them all in bread machine. Set to the dough cycle and let it do the work. Roll dough out on a lightly floured pizza stone. Spread sauce over dough. Sprinkle cheese and toppings (we used sausage, pepperoni, and green peppers). Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden.
