I had some leftover blackening spice that I made for a fish recipe and decided to use it on shrimp on the grill. So each and so good. Since shrimp are a bit bland themselves, this blackening spice really has kick to it. But I do love that!
I LOVE food! I love to try new things and have learned that I love to cook and try new recipes as well. The recipes that make this blog are tested by us (the Longs) and are Michael approved (for the most part).
