Ever had purple potatoes? This is really not the best picture, but they are totally purple (they get a little darker when you cook them) and so good. I have bought them before, but this week at Publix, I saw they has a mixed bag of red, little white potatoes and purple ones. They each have a slightly different texture, so they are a great mix to roast. Try them sometime!
