Nacho time!

When Michael was in college, he and his roomie, Ben, made nachos almost nightly. I've tried to fancy it up with homemade salsa-but have been told that Pace Salsa is what makes the nachos perfect. So, even though they aren't how I would make them, I do make them for my hubby, to his specifications, from time to time. On these, we had some leftover taco meat, so I added that to them. Grate colby jack cheese over Tostitos Scoops. Top with salsa and jalapeƱos.

Enjoy! In my opinion, these are better late night...but then again, most junk food is. :)
