Alisa mentioned that she wanted to make some chex mix for a road trip she is taking this weekend and I thought what a great idea! I had some leftover corn and rice chex and decided it would be nice to get those boxes out of the pantry. So, a yummy snack was made!
2 cups corn chex
2 cups rice chex
1 cup pretzels
1 cup pecans
4 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp onion salt
Melt the butter on low heat in a small saucepan. Add worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and onion salt to combine. Mix cereal, pretzels, and pecans in a large bowl. Slowly pour butter mixture over cereal mixture while stirring. Bake at 250 for about 6 minutes, stir mix up, and then bake another 6-10 minutes until crispy. Enjoy!
