A little splurge

Last week, we had dinner with some sweet friends, Jason and Lauren.  They introduced us to this amazing BBQ sauce from Williams Sonoma.    It's a little bit of a splurge for BBQ sauce, but so worth it for grilled corn.  I tend to like rubs on meat better than sauce for grilling, so this sauce will go a long way in our house, just using it on corn.

For the corn, simply shuck the corn and brush lightly with olive oil.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Grill, turning frequently so it does not burn.  Pull it off the grill and brush the corn with the BBQ sauce.

*Don't judge that there's nothing green on this plate.  :)
