Christmas meal
For our Christmas day meal, Alisa and I made butternut squash mac and cheese, roasted green beans with parmesan cheese, rolls, ham (well, Honey Baked made that), and cranberry apple casserole.
For the green beans, we just cleaned green beans and snipped the ends off. Then lightly coated them with extra virgin olive oil and a little bit of salt and garlic powder, and then roasted them at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, turning them half way through. Once they are out of the oven, sprinkle them with some grated parmesan cheese. Simple and delicious!
