Blueberry Biscuits

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 cup blueberries

Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and nutmeg together.  Add blueberries and toss to coat.  Gently fold in cream, just until mixed.  Lightly flour counter and gently knead dough into a 8 inch square (1 inch thick).  Divide dough into 12 parts with pizza cutter, but do not cut all the way through.  Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet 20 minutes at 425 degrees.

These were good plain, but for the leftovers, I made an icing to go on top and that was really good too.  We also enjoyed them with a little honey drizzled over them.  Either way, they are yummy-and not the same level of sin as a Boberry.  :)
