Croutons

I love homemade croutons.  They are so much better than the hard store bought ones.  They are crispy on the outside and a little soft in the middle.  They soak up dressing so well and you can actually pierce them with a fork.  I always use hamburger buns after we have hamburgers because we never come close to using the whole pack (and I don't like to freeze them).

Mix 2 tsp garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, and 3 Tbsp olive oil in a bowl.  Cut up buns into 1 inch pieces.  Toss bread into olive oil to evenly coat.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, until browned and crispy on the edges.

YUM!
