Farmers Market Find

One of our favorite things to do on a Saturday morning is to go downtown to the Soda City Farmer's Market.  It's such a fun thing to walk around with Luther and Jackson.  Luther gets so much attention and we come home with some goodies.  This week, we found these amberjack burgers from Our Local Catch, a sustainable seafood vendor.  These were really good.  Instead of having them on buns like a burger, I made them like you would make a crab cake, just pan searing them.  These were such a fun find-which is what I love about a farmer's market-you just never know what you will come home with!
