Using up the leftovers

Leftover pork tenderloin...leftover brioche buns-sandwiches.  I just made a horseradish sauce to go on them.


3 Tbsp horseradish
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp chopped chives or the greens of a green onion

Mix them all together for a great sauce on this or on steak.
