I got this cranberry cream cheese dip from Sissy Rosebrock (Michael's best friend Ben's momma). I love making this around the holidays and made it for our work Christmas lunch. I also discovered it's great on a bagel. 1 block cream cheese (I used 1/3 less fat)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup orange juice
Mix all ingredients together and serve with ginger snaps. YUM!
