White Chocolate Nutter Butter Bites


When I worked at Pelion, a teacher would make us white chocolate nutter butters at the beginning of each semester.  Not being there this year, Michael missed these, so I decided to make some bite sized treats.  All you do is melt white chocolate bark over very low heat on the stove and then dip the cookies in there.  Lay them out over wax paper to harden.  Enjoy!  :)
